Redditch Cleaning Services are a local Redditch based company established in 1985. We are still a family owned business, and are very proud of our twenty five year track record, of providing outstanding cleaning services to our business and domestic customers.

As a quality orientated company, we take great pride in providing high standards and customer satisfaction. Our cleaning operatives are highly trained professionals, supported by a management team who ensure services are provided exactly to our customer requirements.

Our customer retention rate is very high; some of our clients have been with us for 15 years or more. We believe that this is mainly due to the quality of work, customer care and value for money services.

Redditch Cleaning Services adhere strictly to the Health and Safety Standards and Guidelines. We are fully insured to carry out cleaning services for both commercial and domestic customers. Employee and Public Liability certificates are made available to customers upon request.

Our company is accredited to the CHAS certification program. Employees are trained in all key areas relating to our service offerings, these include, but are not limited to; COSHH, Manual Handling and IPAF certification.

Our existing customer base spans numerous vertical markets including, retail, banking, education, commercial offices, domestic homes, shopping centres and industrial premises.

Due to the nature of our business and customer working hours, we provide cleaning services Monday to Sunday on a 24 hour basis.

From a security perspective; all of our employees are CRB checked. Our vehicles are sign written with our company branding, and operatives wear suitable work-ware, complete with company branded polo shirts. Both Staff and Operatives also wear ID Badges whilst on the customer premises.
